I tested the enrolment form

After I filled out the form it said Please fill the red fields below correctly and retry. but there were no red feilds to fill in.

replicate all the dates and courses from the existing form that we are currently using.

the feature has been completed, since there is a lot of fields and they need to be updated we found easier to go along with the update of these fields. However, all the mechanism through the admin dashboard is in place to support the user to enter all these values and change them over the User interface whenever desired.

delete the old 2011 dates that are past Add dates for the year 2012 for the whole year

I have added/changed the year to the best of my ability, ultimately you will be going onto the dashboard and will tune those numbers very easily without the need of my help so don't be too worry about those, but do have the information handy for when all is working. I have filled the information gaps so to make it look realistically for you.

Business/Travel/Hospitality Course Details

There is only two courses in here, there needs to be more. Please see the old form for all the courses

The starting dates for the english courses are incorrect. They start at may 2012. They need to start at October 2011 and go into 2012.
